The Young Engineers Project nurtures inspiration among community members, children and parents, and helps contribute to a new generation of horizontal leadership.

How does it work?

Our aim is to lay the foundations for continuous growth and to provide employment for a new set of technological workers, who will enhance the level of innovation and expertise in their country.

This will help increase the GDP, the use of information and communication technology (ICT), and the number professionals who will be significant participants in the global economy. By combining education and entertainment, the motivation of our students increases and provides them with the desire to continue studying engineering in their future.

The YE education

To encourage the motivation for engineering education, Young Engineers Global Learning has conducted research and provided recommendations on how to administer our programs in your country. Our research data is derived from visiting private and public primary schools, and consulting leaders in the educational field who can ensure that we comply with a comprehensive educational strategic plan. Both parties are engaged in discussions on how to proceed with implementing this educational strategy, and to conduct the project with measurable KPI (Key Performance Indicators).  We give educators the resources and knowledge to provide a high-quality learning system for years.

How does it work?

The spiral learning method enables new principles to be taught, as the students absorb the previous principle. In our curriculum, students are able to see a progression of the principles they’ve learned from one lesson to the next.

The PBL method enhances independent learning skills, which enable students to address challenges that they may face along their life journey. Young Engineers believes that this holistic educational approach is made to engage and develop ideas and bring them to life.
